Quick frozen Spinach is the product prepared from fresh, clean, sound edible parts of the Spinach
Plant conforming to the characteristics of the Spinach and which have been sorted,
Washed, sufficiently blanched to ensure adequate stability of color and flavor during normal marketing
The product is then frozen in accordance with good commercial practice and maintained at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the product.
